Place mudflaps on the insides of the rear mudguards 
and secure using 3 x M6x25 bolts from the outside of 
mudguard through the guard, mudflap & mudflap 
washer, as shown in the adjacent diagram. 
 
Attach Mudguard Brackets to the mudguards using 4 x 
M6x16 bolts & M6 Nyloc nuts as shown in the adja-
cent diagram.

Following steps are for Headboard Tyre Hanger 

Option only.  For Under Body Tyre Hanger option, 

proceed to step 52. 

 
Find and unpack the Headboard Tyre Hanger kit: 
9PTHHT23. 
 
Check the contents of the kit to the kit contents page 
(Pg.6). 
 
Lay the package contents out on an even surface or 
work bench ready for assembly.

Take care not to damage any components  

of the vehicle

Fix the pre-assembled Mudguards to the guard rails 
located underneath the deck, using M6x16 bolts and 
M6 Nyloc nuts. 
 
Ensure a 80-100mm gap between the mudguard and 
the tyre is maintained. 
  
Ensure the mudguard covers the width of the tyre.
