Ensure fastener torque does not exceed the 

recommended torque for the specified fastener (refer pg.8)

Attach gate to rear bearer using M10x25 bolts and 
M10 Nyloc nuts as shown in adjacent diagram. 
 
Repeat for LH side.

IMPORTANT - 

Ensure fastener torque does not exceed the

Loosely secure side rails to the inside of the rear bear-
er using M10x20 bolts and M10 Nyloc nuts.  
 
RH side illustrated in adjacent diagram.

Attach the Front Bearer using the inner most hole po-
sition, to the Side Rails using M10x20 bolt and M10 
Nyloc nut.
