Engine hood removal

Disconnect the engine hood damper

from the frame bracket.

( 2 ) Disconnect the engine hood stay from

the frame bracket.

(3)

Remove the engine hood hinge set

screws ( 2 pcs. on one side), and remove

the engine hood.

Toe board removal

Removing the Engine H o o d

LAO

Battery removal

Disconnect battery terminals.

Caution :

Always disconnect the negative terminal

first.

Remove the battery cap.

( 3 )

Remove the battery.

Removing the Battery

Battery case removal

)

Remove set bolts ( 3 pcs. and remove

the battery.

Electrical wiring and fuel hose disconnec-

tion.

Disconnect the starting motor bond

strap.

( 2 ) Disconnect electrical wiring such as the

injection pump solenoid cut wiring.

( 3 ) Disconnect the fuel hose.
