Recipes for your Vertical
Rotisserie Grill
With the Tower Vertical Rotisserie Grill, you can
make a juicy roast chicken or other meat, with
little effort.
The vertical rotisserie is designed to roast meat
so it bastes in its own juices that is to say,
vertically! The fat drains down into a removable
drip tray for healthier-than-oven roasting.
Because you’re roasting the meats yourself,
you can buy a tastier chicken, control the amount
of salt and use the exact herbs and seasoning
you’re in the mood for.
The Tower Vertical Rotisserie can be used with
beef, lamb or pork, but we tested the appliance
using poultry with the aim of lower-fat cooking.
If you have the counter space to spare,
it is worth it.
Here are a couple of recipes for you to get
started, so don’t be afraid and dive on in and
experiment!
All recipes are for guideline purposes only
