Even after sitting down, you do not hear operation sounds.

 

Sit back on the toilet seat.

Water is leaking from the 

plumbing connections

 

If the nut of the connecting pipe is loosened, retighten it by hand. (Do not use any tool.)

 

If the water leak does not stop, close the shutoff valve and consult with 
TOTO customer service. (see contact information on the back cover.)

The main unit is 

unstable

 

There is clearance between the toilet seat cushion and the bowl unit for activating the seat 
switch. When you sit on the toilet seat, the toilet seat subsides slightly to activate the seat switch.

 

Are the bolts that anchor the main unit loose?

 

Remove the main unit and then firmly tighten the base plate bolts.
