Water Filter
(Bowl Unit)
(Approximately once every 6 months)

Remove the side
panel (left).
There is an opening/closing
tool (accessory) on the rear
surface.

Close the shutoff valve.

•
The water supply stops.
CAUTION
Do not remove the water
fi lter
while the shutoff valve is open.
(Otherwise, water may leak out.)

Extend the wand.
(Release the
pressure from the water supply pipe.)
To operate from the back of remote control
(1)
Press "Wand cleaning" button.
(2)
Press "Stopping" button on the
front side of the remote control.
•
The wand retracts.
To operate from the front of remote control
•
Recommended if the remote control is
secured to prevent theft.

Press "Stopping" button until
all LEDs on the remote control start
fl ashing. (about 10 seconds)
(2)
Press "Front washing" button
about 3 seconds or longer.
(3)
Press "Stopping" button on the
front side of the remote control.
•
The wand retracts.

Unplug the power plug.

Loosen the cap of the water
fi lter to remove the water fi lter.
•
Use the opening/closing tool (accessory).

Remove the water fi lter
from the cap and clean it
with a toothbrush or similar
instrument.
•
Do not use detergent.
•
Do not apply excessive force to the
water fi lter. (May cause deformation)

Install the water fi lter to the
cap, then tighten the cap
with the opening/closing tool.
Hold the
pipe with
hands
while
tightening
the cap.

Open the shutoff valve.

Check that there are no leaks in the
shutoff valve or plumbing connections.

Mount the opening/closing
tool to its original position
and reinstall the side panel.
•
Fit the side panel to
the top and side of
the bowl unit without
a gap.

Insert the power plug.
•
The "Power" LED lights up.
