If the lid or seat hits an obstruction the

power plug, it may stop (or close) partway during the next operation.

While there are no obstructions, disconnect the plug and insert it again
after about 5 seconds. Then press the "OPEN/CLOSE (Seat)" button on
the remote control.

Toilet seat is cold

Is the toilet seat temperature set to "OFF" or a low level?

Is this happening during the period that the energy saver is set?
The energy saver feature is on when the ENERGY SAVER LED is on and
the POWER LED is off on the main display.
When you sit on the seat, the heater is turned on temporarily and the seat
is warmed in about 15 minutes.

You can turn it "OFF" if the energy saver feature is "ON".

Have you been seated for a long time?
After about 20 minutes of sitting, the temperature starts going down, and
after about 1 hour, the heater is turned "OFF".

Stand up from the seat and then use again.
