4 Replacement Procedures 

4.9  SW membrane  

Removing the SW membrane 

To remove the SW membrane, follow the steps below and refer to Figure 4-16. 

1.

 

Disconnect the 

SW membrane cable

 from the connector 

CN3250

 on the system 

board. 

2.

 

Push the 

latch A

 in the direction in the following figure and lift up the flexible cable 

portion of 

SW membrane

 from the slot. 

3.

 

Push down the 

latch B

 and slide the 

SW membrane

 in the direction in the figure. 

4.

 

Remove the 

SW membrane

.

Installing the SW membrane
