To reassemble the computer, follow steps 1 through 4 in reverse order.

4.10 Removing/Replacing the RTC Battery

and LED Board

To remove the T2000SXe RTC Battery and LED Board:

1.

The battery pack, keyboard, speaker bracket, and top cover assembly must be removed first.
Refer to Sections 4.2, 4.5, 4.7, and 4.9 for instructions on how to remove these items before
proceeding.

2.

Remove the 2.5 x 4 mm screw (A) and the LCD cable plate (plate harness) (B) (Figure 4-
18).

NOTE:  The ground cable is not shown in Figure 4-18 below.  When reassembling the
computer, be sure to use the 2.5 x 4 mm screw (A) to resecure the ground cable.

3.

Remove the two tap screws (C) and the hinge holder (D).  Then carefully remove the LCD
cable from the cover assembly (Figure 4-18).

CAUTION:  Be careful not to damage the LCD cable as you remove the hinge holder.

To remove the sensor cable from the LED holder assembly, disconnect the sensor cable (E)
and release the two clamps (F) (Figure 4-19).
