Installing the Infrared Board

To install the infrared board, follow the steps below and refer to figure 4-30.

1.

Seat the infrared board and slide it into the notch on the computer.

2.

Secure the board with one 

M2.5x4 screw.

3.

Connect the infrared board cable to 

PJ101

.

4.

Install the AC PS unit, sound card and AccuPoint button contacts, top cover and
display assembly, sub-battery and VGA board, keyboard, HDD, diskette drive or
CD-ROM drive, optional memory module, optional PCMCIA card, and battery
pack as described in sections 4.12 back through 4.2.
