6. Interface

(1) Interface is based on T13/1532D (AT Attachment with Packet Interface-5, ATA/ATAPI-5) Rev. 2

(Mar. 13, 2003), SFF-8020i (Small Form Factor Committee Specification of ATA-Packet Interface for
CD-ROMs) Rev. 2.6 (Nov. 27, 1995), and SFF-8090i Ver.5, Rev. 1.4 (Oct. 17, 2001).

(2)  Sixty-eight commands (ATAPI, ATA) are available.
(3)  Effective data transfer is possible due to the 2MB data buffer.
(4)  Maximum block size during reading is 2,647 B. The data length of each block can be changed by

command.
