Display

Click one of two selections: Port Number Display (the port number that your
extension is connected to), Station Number Display (your extension number). The
number displays in the LCD for approximately two seconds.
Call Pickup
You can pick up a call that is ringing at another station, a call placed on hold at
another station and other types of calls.
Directed Call Pickup (i.e., Specific Extension, CO Line On Hold) provides you with
several ways to pick up incoming calls, calls on hold at other stations, telephone group
page and an external page.

To pick up a call
1. Lift your handset.
2. Click Functions, then Call Pickup.
3. Select one of the following:
Specific Extension – You are prompted to enter the ringing or held extension
number.
CO Line On Hold – You are prompted to enter the held CO line number.
Any Ringing Line – You are connected to any ringing CO line (usually used with
a night bell). No further action is required.
4. Click OK. You are connected to the ringing or held call. If you hear a fast busy
tone, someone else has already picked up the call.
