3. Basic Specification

INSTRUCTION:

When you use it in a local server, or an inplock server (The OPC

server is mounted in OIS-DS/SMART), please check to users that

operation of the OPC server does not affect the system.

Please be careful that the rate of CPU use does not exceed 50 %

normally. The rate of CPU use can be checked with the rate of CPU

use of the performance of a task manager.
