Repair outdoor PMV.

Replace TD sensor.

Repair SV4 circuit.

Correct cabling.

and the liquid sides fully opened?

Are characteristics of

TD sensor resistance normal?

Is SV4 valve circuit normal?

(Coil misinstallation, valve leakage)

Are there indoor units connected

in different refrigerant circuit?

Refrigerant shortage,

clogging, pipe breakage.

(Check there is no clogging and pipe breakage and then recharge refrigerant.)
