c. Press the [PART NUMBER] icon, and enter

the part number with the digital keys.

d. Press the [CONDITION] icon, and enter the

number of the toner cartridges consumed

before ordering.

e. Press the [QUANTITY] icon, and enter the

number of the cartridges to be ordered with

the digital keys.

f. Press [ON] (or [OFF]) icon for the AUTO

ORDER.

g. Check the settings and press [SET] icon if

they are correct.

(4) Make an toner order

a. Press the [SET] icon to enter the setting

menu. Press the [NEXT] icon then the

[SUPPLY ORDER SETUP] icon.

b. Press the [TONER ORDERING] icon.

(5) Turn OFF the power, then back ON while “1” and “3” simultaneously are presssed.

(6) Enter the value “0” for the code “963”, and turn OFF the power.
