Installation Place
Direct sunlig t to t e indoor unit s wireless receiver s ould be avoided.
T e microprocessor in t e indoor unit s ould not be too close to RF
noise sources.

Do not install t e remote control in a place exposed to direct sunlig t or
close to a eating source suc as a stove.
eep t e remote control at least 1 m apart from t e nearest T set or
stereo e uipment. T is is necessary to prevent image disturbances or
noise interference.
T e location of t e remote control s ould be determined as s own below.

1. Securely

t t e installation plate onto t e wall by screwing it in t e upper and
lower parts to ook up t e indoor unit.
2. To mount t e installation plate on a concrete wall wit anc or bolts use t e
anc or bolt oles as illustrated in t e below
fi
gure.
3. Install t e installation plate ori ontally in t e wall.
W en installing t e installation plate wit a mounting screw do not use t e
anc or bolt oles. Ot erwise t e unit may fall down and result in personal
in ury and property damage.
1. After determining t e pipe ole position on t e mounting plate

t e pipe ole 65 mm at a slig t downward slant to t e outdoor side.

Since dewing results in a mac ine trouble make sure to insulate bot
connecting pipes. Use polyet ylene foam as insulating material.
