POST ASSEMBLY ADJUSTMENTS / CHECKS:
_______
Ensure ALL connections are tightened according to the instructions.
_______
Cable Tension Adjustment (See Step 29): ensure that the head plate rests on the first weight plate yet there is not a lot of slop in the cable
system. If the head plate is not resting on the first plate or if there is too much cable slop in the system you can adjust cable tension in the
following places (in sequential order):
1. Where the threaded end of the WEIGHT STACK CABLE (64) attaches to the HEAD PLATE (61) (See Step 17).
2. Where the FLOATING PULLEY CABLES (66) thread into the 4-1/2” FLOATING PULLEY (35). (See Step 22)
_______
Ensure all adjustments are smooth and easy and that pull pin easily engages and disengages in all of the adjustment holes.
_______
Ensure cables are routed according to instructions and are not rubbing on cable retaining clips or retaining bolts. If when using, it feels like there is
cable drag, it is most likely that a cable retaining clip is out of position and the cable is rubbing on it or the cable has been routed incorrectly and is
riding on top of a cable retaining bolt. Also, loose pulley connections can make travel feel rough, check that all pulley connections are tight. Check
all areas where this applies. The product should work very smoothly.
______
Ensure the Torque Fork™ weight adjuster easily fits in-between each of the weight plates.
