4.4 Charging operation with batteries connected in series
With serially connected batteries, each battery requires its own charger for charging.
5. Errors and possible troubleshooting
When an alarm situation stopping the charge occurs, the display shows one of the infor-
mation below according failure detected:

Please check whether the DC charging cords are
properly connected with the battery.
If the power supply and connection are not the
reason for the failure, please contact a Torqeedo

The temperature of
the charger is too
high
Let the charger cool down. It will automatically
resume charging as soon as correct temperature
has been reached.

Incorrect AC input
voltage
Please check the power socket.

Others
Disconnect the battery, unplug the charging device,
wait for 3 minutes, then continue with regular
operation. Should the problem continue to persist,
contact the Torqeedo service.
