10.Assemble reduction shaft: 

A. Install washer(s) (Item 17), 2 needle bearings

(Item 18). Apply moly disulfide grease to washer and

needle bearings before installing. Oil groove on

washer must face the gear.

B. Install synchro ring (Item 14) onto gear (Item 15).

Apply Dexron III transmission oil on cone face of gear

before installing synchro ring.

C.  Insert key (Item 13) onto reduction shaft.
