The engine overheats.

1. The engine load is excessive.

reduce the ground speed.

2. The oil level in the crankcase is

low.

2. Add oil to the crankcase.

passages under the engine
blower housing are plugged.

the cooling fins and air
passages.

There is an abnormal vibration.

1. The blade is bent or

unbalanced.

1. Install a new blade.

2. The blade mounting bolt is

loose.

2. Tighten the blade mounting

bolt.

3. Tighten the engine mounting

bolts.

4. There is a loose engine pulley,

idler pulley, or blade pulley.
