Operating the Parking
Brake

Always engage the parking brake when you stop the
machine or leave it unattended.

Engaging the Parking Brake

WARNING

The parking brake may not hold the machine
parked on a slope and could cause personal
injury or property damage.

Do not park on slopes unless the wheels are
chocked or blocked.

To engage the parking brake, pull up the parking
brake until it latches into the detent slot (
