Lubrication
Greasing the Bearings and
Bushings
Service Interval: Every 50 hours (and immediately
after every washing).
Lubricate all grease fittings for the bearings and
bushings with No. 2 lithium grease.
The grease fitting locations and quantities are as
follows:

Cutting unit carrier frame and pivot (2) ( Figure 35 )

Rear axle tie rod (2) ( Figure 36 )

Steering cylinder ball joints (2) ( Figure 36 )
•
King pin bushings (2) ( Figure 36 ) — The top
fitting on the king pin should only be lubricated
annually (2 pumps).
