Track Replacement
Track Removal
1. Park the machine on a level surface. Stop the engine, wait for all moving
parts to stop and remove the key.
2. Using a floor jack or overhead lifting device, raise the machine until the
tracks are off the ground.
3. Loosen the 2 (9/16 inch) nuts on the rear LH bogey yoke. Repeat on the RH
side of the machine.

4. Unscrew the (9/16 inch) rear hex head bolt securing the LH tension plate to
the tension lug until the track is loose. Repeat on the RH side of the machine.

5. Remove the track by first slipping it off the drive wheel and then the bogey
wheels.
Track Installation
1. Install the new track by sliding the bottom of the track on the two bogey
wheels, then over the drive wheel.
2. Tighten the (9/16 inch) rear hex head bolt securing the LH tension plate to the
tension lug until a deflection of 9.5 mm (3/8 inch) is achieved. Repeat on the
