6. Remove the 2 knockouts in the sealing plate for the
oil cooler wiring and the hydraulic hoses to pass
through.
7. Install a rubber grommet in the largest knockout
hole (Figure 2).
8. Install the double R-clamp to the fan mount with a
hex-head screw (1/4 x 5/8 inch) and a clip as shown
in Figure 2.
9. Install 5 clips to the radiator as shown in Figure 2.
10. Install the temperature sender to the oil cooler
11. Route the hydraulic hose from the oil cooler through
the sealing plate to the hydraulic oil manifold block
as shown in Figure 2.
Note:
Do not connect the hose ends yet.
12. Route the cooler hose from the oil cooler through
the sealing plate to the hydraulic oil tank as shown
in Figure 2.
