Installing the Z Stand
Parts needed for this procedure:
1 Pivot pin
1 Outer tube
1 Foot
2 Clevis pin
2 Hairpin cotter pin
2 Thrust washer
1 Lynch pin
Procedure
1. Install the pivot pin to the outer tube with a clevis pin
and hairpin cotter pin (Figure 5).
2. Place the foot part of stand into the outer tube. Align
holes and secure with a clevis pin and hair pin cotter
(Figure 5).

3. Place a thrust washer onto the pivot pin (Figure 6).
4. Insert the pivot pin into the Z Stand hub.
Note:
When inserting the pivot pin, make sure the
position of slot in tube is as shown in and make sure
the chamfer is facing forward (Figure 6).
5. Place a thrust washer onto the pivot pin and secure it
with a lynch pin (Figure 6).
