CV-5000 operated by CV-5000PC in combination with CC-100XP
Technical specifications and performance details can be found in the
related manuals of the single instruments
For the safe use of the instruments, please refer to the related instruction
manuals of the single instruments
1 Setting up the single devices
1. Install CC-100XP as described in the CC-100XP User manual
2. Install CV-5000 Optical head, power Supply and CV-500PC as described in the
dedicated user manuals of these devices
