Using the telephone
1.7 Navigating the menu
The Butler E751 has a menu system which is easy to use. Each menu leads to a list of options.
The function of the 2 keys below the display (Menu-and Esc key)
change depending on the
operation mode:
2 Using the telephone
2.1 Switching the handset on/off
2.2 Changing the menu language
2.3 Receiving a telephone call
To take the call:
2.4 Making an external telephone call
Direct dialing
Pre-dialing
To enter the menu or to confirm the current selection, press this key.
To rotate through the menu options
To go back in the menu selection or backdelete during number or name entry.

Press and hold the on/off key until the display turns on. The handset will
search the base.

Press and hold the on/off key for 5 seconds. The display will go off.

Enter the menu by pressing the menu key .

Select “
HS SETTINGS
” and confirm.

Select “
LANGUAGE
” and confirm.

Select a language and confirm.

Press the off-hook key.
OR
Lift the handset off its base if you have activated “Automatic answer”.
