Magnifier
• This product is designed to be used as a magnifying glass. It is not a replacement
for glasses. The headband magnifier must not be used for observing road traffic.
• Never use the magnifier when you are moving. Do not allow yourself to be
distracted from your immediate surroundings when you are using the magnifier,
as you may fail to notice obstacles in front of you.
• Never use the magnifier to look at bright sources of light (especially the sun).
Observing unfiltered sunlight for just a fraction of a second can lead to permanent
blindness.
• Always ensure that the magnifying glasses are covered when in storage.
• Improper use can cause the magnifying glass to concentrate sunlight onto a small
area and generate very high temperatures. This constitutes a fire hazard!
• The product must only be used in appropriate surroundings.
c) Batteries
• Correct polarity must be observed while inserting the batteries.
• Batteries should be removed from the device if it is not used for a long period of
time to avoid damage through leaking. Leaking or damaged batteries might cause
acid burns when in contact with skin, therefore use suitable protective gloves to
handle corrupted batteries.
• Batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave batteries lying
around, as there is a risk that children or pets may swallow them.
• All batteries should be replaced at the same time. Mixing old and new batteries in
the device can lead to battery leakage and device damage.
• Batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into fire. Never
recharge non-rechargeable batteries. There is a risk of explosion!

Intended use
This product is designed to magnify objects. The headband magnifier is equipped with a 1.8x
and 2.3x lens. By using the close-up lens in combination with the other lenses, you can obtain a
3.7x and 4.8x magnification. You do not need to remove your glasses. The headband magnifier
features a light that is operated with three AAA batteries. The light can be switched on and off.
The headband magnifier provides handsfree magnification for a wide range of different
scenarios. For example, you can use it when repairing electronic devices, examining jewellery,
making engravings or building models.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in
bathrooms, must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use
the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged.
In addition, improper use can cause hazards such as short circuiting, fire, electric shock etc.
