2. Adjustment of Tightening Angle Setting
■ Adjust tightening angle setting before tightening when high accuracy
tightening angle control is required.
Check if the average
tightening angle is within the
tolerance of the desired angle.
Completion of angle setting
Adjust angle setting dial to desired angle.
Tighten at least 5 bolts.
Measure the tightening angle of the tightened
bolts visually or by angle measuring device.
Calculate the average tightening from the measured
tightening angle and compare the average value with
the desired angle
Warming up for 5 minutes with no load.
Re-adjust angle
setting dial
Wrench must be shut off when
adjusting angle setting dial.
Mandatory for precise tightening angle
