If excessive vibration occurs, load sample tubes into the rotor symmetrically
with respect to the pivotal axis of the rotor while balancing the volume of the
tubes by eye.
＜ Operation ＞
① Dispense samples into tubes.
※ The sample volume should not exceed 70% of the maximum allowable
volume of the tube in use. Otherwise, the sample may spill during run.
※ Always cap centrifuge tubes. Otherwise, the sample may spill during run.
② Load the sample tubes into the rotor.

Close the lid
The rotor is spinning while the lid is closed. The centrifugal force generated
by the spinning rotor causes the main body of the centrifuge to vibrate.
Securely hold on the centrifuge by hand to prevent it from moving. Do not
place any weight on the lid and do not fix the lid with tape.
④ Open the lid.
The rotor starts decelerating.
The operation ends when the rotor is completely stopped.
⑤ Make sure that the rotor has come to a complete stop and remove the sample
tubes immediately from the centrifuge
※ After operation, remove the sample tubes immediately from the centrifuge.
If the tubes are left inside the chamber after a run, the remaining heat of the
motor may cause the sample temperature to rise.
※ Clean the rotor immediately if it is exposed to the sample.
