SYSTEM DOES NOT PUMP
The operating system of the plant is password protected. With
enteron
, you
acquire a license to use the software in the context of operating your purcha-
sed plant. The software itself however, remains our property and may not
be decoded, transmitted, copied, published or manipulated. Any abuse is pu-
nishable by copyright law and will be prosecuted. All versions are therefore
internally coded.
If the plant is not used for an extended period, the bac-
terial strains will die from lack of nutrition.
For short absences, simply leave the plant switched
on and all wastewater will be automatically treated
through. If you are not going to be on board for a lon-
ger period (4 weeks plus), or if you are unable to leave
the system switched on, or you do not want to winter-
ize, you must first set OVERLOAD prior to 3 days before
decommissioning.
Afterward you can empty the plant completely via the
pump-off valve and flush it with antifreeze if there is a
risk of frost (see chapter WINTERIZING).
This fault can be recognised by the red continuous light of the tank sensor (MAC OUT switch of the remote cont-
rol) and the switch on the control. There are two reasons for pumping problems:
• Tank sensor is stuck: To solve this, disconnect the
white, round sensor next to the control box (carefully
release the connector by pressing on the tab), then
unscrew the sensor. The float gauge must be free to
move.
•
The filter is full and needs to be replaced; As a re
-
sult, pumping gradually takes longer and longer. The
flow rate on the display shows high values (>100 l / d).
