8.2 DLT645 communication address correspondence form

The instrument is not designed in full compliance with the specifications of the National Grid. Therefore, only some of the parameters can be read
using the DLT645 protocol. The specific readable parameters can be found in the following communication address correspondence form.

National network meter communication data are primary side data without PT and CT. Therefore, in order to prevent read data from overflowing,
the instrument data read through DLT645 should be secondary data.
