. Check the Hoist 

Check for loose bolts, rust on the hoist, paint removal or other damaged areas.   If 
any of these problems are seen, repairs should be performed immediately.   

 
 

ANNUAL INSPECTION

. Remove all debris or dirt from the hoist.

. After using the hoist inorder to prevent rust build up, apply about 10 cc of lubricating 

oil into the inlet of the hoist and operate the hoist for about 3

〜

4 seconds.

. To prevent dirt or debris from entering the inlet of the hoist, apply a plug storage.
