トルクのセットを行ってください。
トルクセットの仕方については、 前項をご
参照ください。
② スプリングピンを押して交換ヘッドをトルク
レンチ本体に取り付ける。（図 6）
交換ヘッドは東日専用です。 カタログ等
からお選びください。
③ 交換ヘッドをボルト又はナットに勘合さ
せる。
④トルクレンチを右に回して締付けを行う。
⑤ 最初に “カクン” とショックがあったら締
付け完了です。（図 7 a の線の位置）
⑥ さらに引きつづけても 14°余裕がありま
す。 その間で締付けをやめれば、 オー
バートルクしません。（図 7 b の線まで）
※ 本体を逆に取り付ければ、 逆ねじのトル
ク管理ができます。（図 8）

② Place interchangeable head over the
round root end of the wrench, unit the
spring pin snaps into place. Choose
an appropriate interchangeable head
throuth Tohnichi Reference Guide.
③ Place the open part of the head onto
the bolt or nut to be tightened.
④ Turn the wrench clockwise to fasten
the bolt or nut.
⑤ Tightening is complete when a click is
felt, at “a”. Fig.7
⑥ Even if bolt tightening is continued,
overtorque will not carried out unless
the wrench does not exceed further 14
degree, at “b”. Fig.7
※ Counter clockwise tightening is
available by connectiong the body
upside down.(Fig.8）
