トルクレンチの修理をする場合は、お買い求めの販売
店、又は弊社に問い合わせ、必ず東日指定部品を使用し
て下さい。

●使用前に必ず設定トルクを確認して下さい。

●一般のクリック式トルクレンチ（例えば QL）と
の混用に注意する。
空転式で無いトルクレンチは、締付け完了を示す「カ
チン」の後も加力するとオーバートルクになります。
空転式トルクレンチ使用後のクリック式トルクレンチ
の使用や混用には十分ご注意ください。
●トルクレンチは水中や海中で使用しない。
内部構造に劣化が生じ、事故やけがの原因になります。
もしトルクレンチを水中や海中に落としてしまったら、
点検や修理を受けて下さい。
●高所での締付け作業では、落下防止の処置をする。
トルクレンチやソケットを落下させると、重大な事故
やけがの原因になります。
●ソケットは、ボルトの六角対辺に合ったものを使う。
ソケットとボルトの六角対辺が合わないものを使用す
ると、事故やけがの原因になります。
・Make sure if the set torque is correct before use.
Make sure the proper torque unit.
・Confi rm the torque unit before use.
・Distinguish the slip type torque wrench from
ordinary click-type torque wrenches (Ex. QL).
Click-type torque wrench may apply excessive
torque if you keep applying force after the click sound.
Be careful not to get confused when you switch from
the slip type torque wrench to click-type torque wrenches.
・Do not use a torque wrench in the water or sea.
This makes an internal structure defect to cause
accidents or injuries. Have an inspection or repair if
you drop the torque wrench in the water or sea.
・Make a preventive measure for dropping
when working at a higher place.
Dropping the torque wrench or socket causes
serious accidents or injuries.
・Use an appropriate socket to fit the size of
your hexagon bolt head.
Using a different size of socket causes accidents or injuries.
