使用上の注意
●定期点検を必ず受ける。
トルクレンチは定期点検が必要です。
●エキステンションハンドルを外して使わない。
有効長線上を握らないと正しいトルク値が
得られません。 （図４）
●力の方向
力の方向はトルクレンチに直角に。
上下左右とも±１５°以内にする。 （図５）
●使用後は、 ゴミ ・ ホコリ ・ ドロ ・ 油 ・ 水
分等の汚れを取り除いて保管して下さい。
汚れがついたまま保管すると、 作動不良、
精度不良の原因となります。
●長期間使用しない場合は、 最低目盛に
設定し防錆油を塗布し、 乾燥した場所に保
管する。
保管方法が悪いと、 精度劣化や耐久性の
低下が早まります。
3. Proper use of torque wrench
●
When tightening cylindrical parts, a
pipe wrench part may be slippery. Please
use carefully whether a pipe wrench bites
certainly.
●
Do not use without the extension handle.
Unless operator grips an effective length line
on the handle, the proper torque value is not
acquired.

Torque wrenches are required periodical
inspection.
●
The loading direction must be at a right
angle to the torque wrench. The tolerance is
plus/minus 15 degrees of horizontal or vertical
deviation. See fig. 5.
●
Before using or storing the wrench, or
whenever necessary, remove all debris, oil,
water, etc. Keeping the wrench clean will
prolong its life.
●
If the wrench must be stored for long
periods, set the wrench at the minimum
torque, apply rust-proofing oil, and store the
wrench in a dry place. Improper storage may
cause damage to the wrench, and reduce the
accuracy.
