5. Removing/Reattaching of Air Vent Unit

• Remove the spring clip with

your fingers.

• Remove the X-element.
• Remove the air vent valve

seat with a 19 mm (¾”)
socket wrench.

• Remove the X-element

Guide

• Make sure that the check valve (a small steel

ball) in the air vent valve seat can open and
close smoothly with the spring.

• Tighten to a torque of 35 N



m (26 lbf


