Problem
Possible cause

1. The indicator light is
still off after connecting
the charger to the
power supply.
1.1 The charger is not well
connected to the suitable
power supply.
1.1 Make sure the power
supply voltage is same as the
charger rating label, and
correctly connected.
1.2 The charger or its cable
is damaged.
1.2 Replace with new one.
2. The battery not
charging.
2.1 The battery pack is hot
or ambient temperature is
very cold or hot.
2.1 Cool down the battery
pack, and recharge at room
temperature.
2.2 Recharge with a new

battery fully in position, if
still not charging, replace it.

not in position or
damaged.
Recycling and disposal
Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please
recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local Authority or local store for
recycling advice.
WARNING!
Never connect live or neutral wires to the earth terminal of the plug which
is marked with E.
Only fit an approved 13 Amp BS 1363 or BS 1363/A plug and the correctly rated fuse.
If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician. If a moulded plug is fitted and has to be
removed take great care in disposing of the plug and severed cable, it must be
destroyed to prevent insertion into a socket.
