1) Swipe to the menu three on the watch, click the
icon on the screen, click the green button to start timing,
click again to pause, and click the yellow button to reset.

1) Swipe up to themenu three on the watch, click the
icon on the screen, click on the time to set the time.
2) After setting is complete, click the green button to start
the countdown, click again to pause, and click the blue
button to reset.
3) After the countdown is over, the watch vibrates.
