II.B.3. Assemble horizontal tail
Dry fit and then assemble the horizontal tail halves. You may want to clamp the
parts to a flat surface to ensure preservation of the dihedral.
Early versions of
the A330 kit came with 3D printed resin tailplanes. These were superseded with
v2 tailplanes which are vacformed pieces.
The fully assembled horizontal tail can be inserted into the fuselage halves and glued in
place during fuselage assembly.
