Configuration Utility Manual

 

 

 

1.

 

Go to the Software Upgrade dropdown and click GATEWAY APPLICATION > BROWSE 

2.

 

Browse to the configuration file folder (new file provided by Titan) and select the file ending in 
.BSX

, then click ‘OPEN’

 

3.

 

Click UPGRADE 

4.

 

Click ‘Yes’ to continue with the upgrade or ‘No’ to cancel

 

5.

 

Observe the upgrade status and wait until a green checkmark, 

✓

,  appears next to 

‘Finished’

 

6.

 

Click RESTART>GATEWAY DEVICE or cycle the power to complete the upgrade 

7.

 

Reconnect the Wi-Fi NETWORK using the procedure listed previously 

8.

 

Go to MONITORING >GATEWAY STATUS 

9.

 

Confirm that the Gateway Application version is correct 

10.

 

Confirm the Gateway configuration settings are correct in all fields of the Configuration Utility 
Navigation Panels; go to CONFIGURATION>GATEWAY>RETRIEVE FROMGATEWAY
