prearrangement The number will only be accepted after the handset has
been picked up or the
Speaker key selected (see “Preset
dial – Dialling with handset on hook”, page 33.
Save to telephone
book If you select this option, the caller’s number and – if
available – name will be saved to the telephone book.
Listen to ICM This allows you to listen to any saved messages.
The rest of the procedure is identical to the description in the previous point
“Direct dial”, page 32.
Dialling from telephone book
You can open the local or telephone system's telephone book by pressing the
telephone book key once or twice (see “Telephone book”, p. 58).

To select an entry, proceed as follows:
Type the name of the person you are looking for (e.g. 6, 2, 7, 7, 7, ... for Markham,
Linda, see “Writing texts” p. 22).
You can, of course, scroll through the telephone book using the UP / DOWN cursor
keys and then confirm the required entry by pressing OK .
The local telephone book offers you up to 3 different numbers to choose from.
