TimeTec Panic Button
1. Device Registration
After the TimeTec Gateway Camera is turned on, log into i-TimeTec
App on your mobile phone, click the “+” from the Smart Home page
to add devices, scan the QR code on the back of the TimeTec Panic
Button, and follow the instructions of the App. Add the Panic Button
under TimeTec Gateway Camera.
After triggering the Panic button, it will automatically register itself
with the TimeTec Gateway Camera and can be used directly upon
successful registration. (The “Device List” can be refreshed and
checked on the page of TimeTec Gateway Camera. Registration suc-
cess or failure will be determined by the approval sign with the Panic
Button icon.)
If the device is being transferred or updated to a newer version of
TimeTec Gateway Camera at a later stage: After deleting/transferring
the device, press and hold the Panic button for no less than 10 sec-
onds until the indicator light fades out. Press the Panic Button again
for new registration.
2. Alarm
The emergency alarm will be triggered once the Panic Button is pressed.
A notification will be sent instantaneously to the mobile phone App. To
stop the alarm from beeping, press the button for seconds, and release
once the indicator light begins to flash.
