Keypad
The keypad can be used to clock in/out with a PIN number,
check status, enter numeric clock notes, provide job tracking
numbers, and perform system maintenance codes.
Barcode Reader
The barcode badge reader can be used to clock in/out with bar-
code based employee badges and/or to scan job codes.
Proximity Badge Reader
The proximity badge reader allows
employees to clock in/out by simply bringing their
badge close to the reader. Offers convenience and
higher-security employee identification.
Additional Proximity Badges
For additional employees, purchase badges in packs.
Large Display
The large display can provide additional information
including an optional list of “Who's Clocked-in” at your
facility (on supported TimeIPS models). Use a VGA
compatible monitor or flat screen supporting 1024x768.
Magnetic Swipe Badge Reader
The magnetic swipe badge reader allows employees to
clock in/out quickly by simply swiping their badge.
Additional Magnetic Swipe Badges
For additional employees, purchase badges in packs,
or in bulk quantities for large deployments.
