FCC COMPLIANCE INFORMATION
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference and (2) this device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
WARNING:
For compliance with FCC RF Exposure Requirements the mobile transmitter
antenna installation shall comply with the following two conditions:
1. The transmitter antenna gain shall not exceed 3 dBi.
2. The transmitter antenna is required to be located outside of a vehicle and kept at a separation
distance of 70 cm or more between the transmitter antenna of this device and persons during
operation.
NOTE:
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device,
pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against

WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Model TDFM-9300 Transceiver is under warranty for one year from date of purchase. Failed units
