Before Initial Use
Before initial use, boil with the maximum water capacity (1.7 l) in the kettle three times, but do not drink this water. This will remove
any impurities occurring in the manufacturing process or during transportation.
TIp:
Use a vinegar solution to descale.
Use
1. Turn the kettle so its spout is turned away from you.
2. Open the lid by pressing the button.
3. Fill the kettle with water (min. 0.5 l, max. 1.7l). Never exceed the “MAX” level indicator as hot water may splash out of kettle.
Pay attention to keep the base dry.
4. Close the lid.
5. Place the kettle on its base and plug it in to the socket.
6. When the kettle is plugged in, the LED and control light will flash and you’ll hear a beep.
7. Now choose from the following:
Boiling/Heating Function
a. Press the on/off button – you’ll hear a beep, the LED will turn on (control light is turned off) and the kettle will begin heating
the water to 100°C. When the water reaches boiling point, it will beep twice and the LED will turn off.
b. Press the button to select a specific temperature (50°C, 70°C, 80°C and 90°C). When making a selection, you’ll hear a beep.
When the control light is flashing at the set value, press the on/off button again and the LED with light up and the kettle will
start heating up the water. When the set temperature has been reached, the light will turn off and it will beep twice.
The kettle will remain in standby mode and the light will turn off after a minute.
