Readjustment via RS485
Readjustment on atmosphere or zero pressure is also possible by means of
software commands via RS485 interface.
To avoid unintended adjustment the corresponding adjustment point for
atmosphere or zero pressure must be unlocked before the actual adjustment can
be performed.
Via RS485 both sensors, Pirani and Piezp, can be adjusted.
Hence, for an adjustment at atmospheric pressure a calibrated
standard gauge is required as reference.
For zero adjustment actual pressure should be less than
5,0x10
-5
mbar.
To achieve optimum results of the adjustment we recommend
to consider a warm-up of at least 10 minutes at the appropriate
calibration pressure before any adjustment.
