When connecting
the optical audio
digital cable: 

1

. Remove the protection cap from the connector and

connect it firmly as shown on the drawing. 

2

. Keep the protection cap and always reattach the cap

when not using the connector, to keep 
connector dustfree.

• The SCART

connector

delivers the same audio
content as the 2 cinch audio
out jacks.

Reading a DVD disc whose
selected track is in Dolby
Surround, Dolby Digital or
multichannel MPEG:
• Activate the Dolby ProLogic

decoding mode on your
amplifier.
