Install one of the seat frames (A) on the sofa base & arm assembly (B) by aligning the holes in the “U” bar, located underneath
the seat frame, with the holes in the metal spring plates that are attached to the base & arm assembly. Attach each seat frame
(A) using the four screws (C), four metal plates (E), four spring washers (D), and four nuts (F) as indicated. Note that two of
the metal plates go on top of the “U” bar and the other two go below each of the metal spring plates. Insert and start all four
screws before completely tightening. Once all four screws are inserted, tighten each screw using the hex wrench-1 (H) and
hex wrench-2 (I). After securely tightening all four screws and nuts, install the PVC hex head screw covers (G). See
Figure2
.
Repeat these steps to attach the other two seat frames (A).
