Installation of the kit
Tools required for installation (not included in the package)
It is recommended to get organized with the following before starting the
installation, in order to be absolutely sure to complete it safely

Drill with 12 mm d. bits for steel (sink hole) and with 8mm d.
bits for bricks (wall hole)

Cutter or scissors for PE pipes 6mm

Cross head screwdriver
-‐
Pipe hex key 14 mm (for fixing tap nut)*

Pipe hex key 13 mm (for tap ogive nut)*

Parrot nose pliers
* Do not use inappropriate tools to avoid damage of the nuts.

Use appropriate tools for food and wear disposable
gloves. Any additional equipment or materials must be
suitable for food use

The installation of the equipment shall be performed by
qualified personnel according to the rules of art and tested
by qualified installer with certification of proper
installation, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Water plug valve installation
ONLY joint the plug valve to the COLD WATER connection.
The supplied flexible pipes must be cut straight and
carefully deburred before being connected to the fittings.
The pipes should not undego crushings or be exposed to
mechanical hazards or cutting risks.
1.
Turn off the wall cold water valve(16), open the cold water tap on
the sink to release the pressure.
2.
Disconnect the female flexible pipe ½”(20).
3.
Screw the extension ½”(19) with seal on the ½” M(17)connection, so
that the ¼ " hole (18) is accessible, and connect the ½" flexible pipe
after the extension.
4.
Carefully pack the ¼ " thread (21) of the water plug valve with
Teflon tape and screw it into the ¼" hole on the extension.
5.
Insert the wedge nut (23) on the 6mm pipe; insert the pipe into the
valve wedge connection(24), then tighten the nut with a 14mm
allen spanner.

Do not cut the pipe until when it’s required
7.
Close the water inlet valve (22) (transverse lever to pipe)
8.
Open the cold water valve and verify the absence of any loss from
the realized joints.
